About the position

Perido is now looking for a Senior Accountant for our client, an innovative and modern car brand that offers different types of car leasing/access. You will be working from the office based in Gothenburg.

Your daily tasks

As a Senior Accountant, you will be an integral part of your team, managing the financial reporting for all European entities across seven markets. During the first half of the year, statutory requirements necessitate additional support to strengthen the team.

In this role, you will focus on driving process improvements within accounting, providing expertise on annual reports and audits, and offering guidance for new business flows. Your responsibilities will include leading the process for year-end closings, including coordinating audits, conducting in-depth analyses of existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, and acting as a key accounting advisor for new business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business and economics
• 5+ years of experience within accounting/financial control
• Widespread knowledge of financial processes
• Experience from working with SAP
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English

Contract type and hours

Full-time consulting assignment for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Start as soon as possible.
