Accounts Payable Specialist – Boden

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a real impact while contributing to a more sustainable future? We are now seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, payments, and account reconciliations in our ERP system, NetSuite. As we currently lack a digital invoice processing system, we highly value experience in implementing AP solutions, particularly within digital invoice management.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and code supplier invoices in accordance with the chart of accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of incoming invoices.
• Manage supplier payments and bank transactions.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Support process improvements and workflow development to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with finance teams in Boden and Stockholm.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience in AP system implementation, preferably with digital invoice processing.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Basic proficiency in Excel.

About the Employment

The position is a consulting assignment with a start date in the near future. The assignment lasts for six months or longer, with a full-time workload of 100% and the possibility of extension. As a consultant, you will be employed by Adecco Sweden. Naturally, we have collective agreements.
